Multi Trade operative for reactive maintenance work in Westminster

We are looking for a Handy Person and or/ Multi Trader Operative that has experience within the maintenance sector to join a busy repairs and maintenance contract.
About You
Candidates will hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 qualification in a core trade with addition secondary trade skills and have excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in occupied properties, you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. Ideally holding a Blue CSCS card.
- A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
- Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.
- knowledge and previous experience in edge protection systems and suppliers, gantries, walkways and guardrails
- Previous experience and training in working at heights and fixed ladders.
- Understanding of HSE, relevant legislation and industry standards
- Understanding of the requirements of BS EN 13374: 2013 A1 2018
- Full UK Driver’s LicenseÂ
- Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone
- Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard
- A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.Â
- City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the building industry
