  • The point of contact with regards to all learning and development inquiries
  • Partner with the wider HR function to ensure training initiatives align with the business goals
  • Manage end to end cycles of training, workshops and seminars from identifying skills gaps, coordinating programmes and collating feedback
  • Manage feedback and report on training success/developmental areas to relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with external vendors
  • Maintain and propose improvements to the LMS
