- The point of contact with regards to all learning and development inquiries
- Partner with the wider HR function to ensure training initiatives align with the business goals
- Manage end to end cycles of training, workshops and seminars from identifying skills gaps, coordinating programmes and collating feedback
- Manage feedback and report on training success/developmental areas to relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with external vendors
- Maintain and propose improvements to the LMS
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role OR a desire to move into L&D
- A proactive, collaborative problem solver
- Confident working in a fast paced environment & autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
