Salesforce CRM Change, Adoption, and Training Manager.

- 12-Month Contract- £400 - £425 per day (Inside IR35)- Hybrid - London

IT Talent is recruiting on behalf of a global technology client for an experienced Salesforce CRM Change, Adoption, and Training Manager. This role focuses on maximising Salesforce efficiency by developing training strategies, driving adoption, and ensuring teams fully leverage the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver Salesforce training programs.
  • Develop training materials (e-learning, guides, videos).
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions.
  • Drive CRM adoption and user engagement.
  • Monitor and improve Salesforce usage.
  • Support global projects, requiring flexible hours.

Requirements:

  • Proven Salesforce training and adoption experience.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator) preferred.
  • Strong CRM knowledge & user engagement skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
