Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic law firm to help them secure a Training & Adoption Manager on an initial 6 month FTC.

You will be tasked with the following,

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in a legal or comparable professional services organisation.
  • Proven experience in technology training and user engagement, with demonstrable adoption as a result.
  • Relevant qualifications and accreditations e.g. TPMA.
  • Able to effectively translate and accurately communicate technology matters to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create concise, and informative training sessions, e-learning, videos, newsletters and articles.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to create innovative, engaging training materials.
  • A professional, adaptable, and engaging training style that resonates with a wide range of users.
  • Strong understanding of systems and processes, with a focus on delivering an excellent user experience.
  • Beneficial but not essential is knowledge and experience of training software such as iManage Work, Intapp Time, 3e, Skore, DocuSign, BIMCO Smartcom, Adobe Acrobat DC, Kiteworks, DocXtools, Chrome River, Mersive Solstice.
  • Knowledge of AI, e.g. Copilot for M365.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft applications, e.g. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

You will be required to be in the office 3 days per week.
