This role is a 12-month PAYE contract with 3-4 days a week in London office required

The Studio team is looking for a Creative Project Manager who can learn quickly, think innovatively and strategically about the custom needs of our partners with the aim of achieving each brand’s goals simultaneously. This individual will oversee custom advertising and media solutions projects globally, working cross functionally with various areas of the business - including sales, legal, media planning and insights reporting, account management, finance, and Brand Marketing and Global Comms.

A successful candidate will have 360 integrated marketing and media experience to facilitate planning and operational excellence over the team’s pipeline and partnerships across the business. As a proactive, strategic thinker who strives for continuous improvements, this person will steward day-to-day project management of our global projects expanding beyond partner campaigns and include operationalizing new initiatives and solutions. This individual will ensure that all requirements and deliverables are met, tracking thoroughly with various tools, and communicating with stakeholders effectively.

This individual must be detail oriented, technically minded and enjoy problem solving. They will also have some account management responsibilities, maintaining relationships with partners throughout and beyond the campaign phase. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and will help foster campaign executions, be driven, resourceful and forward thinking.

• Oversee production and launch for key partnerships across the business• End-to-end implementation and project management of campaigns with media partners; execute innovative and strategic content solutions to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.• Assist team in managing intake of all projects/assignments, validating requests, and allocating resources. Manage and optimize project timelines and team deliverables; identify timeline impacts and resource conflicts and deadlines• Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders including legal, brand marketing, finance, and campaign management; and act as a liaison between the studio and the client - clearly communicate issues, expectations, deliverables, questions, etc. to maintain project integrity• Liaise with external vendor partners on contracting, production workflows, and invoicing• Facilitate an effective campaign project team and cross-functional interactions.• Construct and maintain cross-functional integrated campaign plans including timelines.• Assist team in managing intake of all projects/assignments, validating requests, and allocating resources. Perform campaign risk assessments and critical path analyses to ensure team results are being appropriately supervised and met. This could include the development of any necessary risk mitigation strategies. Ensure clear communication between the functions and team members.• Develop and implement metrics for campaign performance and optimization.• Work closely and cultivate strong working relationships with project team members, cross functional team members, clients, and leadership.• Seek opportunities to improve processes and focus on providing solutions and delivering results.

Essential:

• Experience working with Salesforce, ClickUp, Smartsheets, SharePoint, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, and/or other project management and collaboration tools• Ideal if advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word• Basic knowledge of HTML• Excellent communication• Exceptional project manager - extremely organized, proactive and highly motivated• Attention to detail in executing complex projects and time-sensitive deliverables• Demonstrated professionalism interacting with all levels of management (Excellent negotiation and influencing skills)• Strong people skills. Must have the ability to manage difficult and challenging situations• Ability to prioritize conflicting priorities• Ability to understand new technology rapidly• Enjoy interaction with external partners and strive for excellence
