Sonic Summary

Venn Group is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a luxury retailer based in London, with potential for hybrid working.
The position offers a salary range of £18-£22 PAYE, depending on experience, for a duration of 6 months.
Key responsibilities include daily debt chasing, collecting aged debt, and liaising with team members and other credit controllers.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of retail experience and demonstrate proven success in debt collection in previous roles.
The successful applicant should be available at short notice and will be responsible for cash processing, resolving queries, and handling customer service inquiries.

Credit Controller - Retail

Venn Group are working with a Luxury retailer, looking for an experienced credit controller who is happy to work in a London Office (With a possibility of Hybrid working)

Position: Credit Controller

Location: London

Salary: £18-£22 PAYE (Dependant on experience)

Length: 6 months Interim

The role will predominantly involve:

Chasing debtors daily
Collecting aged debt
Liasing with team and other credit controllers
Reviewing and monitoring payments received
Taking responsibility resolving queries
Working independaently with transparency, maintaining great communication with line Manager
Processing and allocating of cash, receipts, and refunds
Carrying out general finance administration
Helping with a back log
Handling Customer Service queries
