Job Opportunity: Credit Controller

On behalf of our esteemed client, a leader in the Insurance industry, we are seeking a highly proficient Credit Controller for a contract position. This role is integral to our client's finance department, aiming to optimize their financial operations and enhance fiscal stability through diligent credit control management.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement credit control systems and policies to minimize financial risk.
  • Regularly assess the creditworthiness of clients and process credit applications.
  • Manage debtor ledgers to ensure compliance with agreed payment terms.
  • Conduct negotiations with delinquent accounts to secure payments.
  • Produce financial forecasts and reports related to credit for senior management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit and collection activities.
  • Hybrid position 2 days in the Central London Office.
Key Skill
  • Profound knowledge of credit control processes and principles.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail.
  • Ability to handle disputes and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Tools.
