Part time Credit Controller (3 days) - West London (Hybrid) - £30k pro rata

We’re working with an independent Property Management company based in West London.

They manage blocks of flats within the M25 and collect service charges from residents which pay for essential services relating to the communal parts.

Within their Accounts Team they now require a Part time Credit Controller as follows:

  • Working 3 days per week, 9am to 5pm with 2 days from home and one in the office (Notting Hill)
  • Collaborating with the wider accounts team to identify aged debt / arrears
  • Chasing leaseholders/residents for unpaid service charges and rent via email, telephone and formal letter
  • Arranging and monitoring payment plans
  • Preparing reports on monies owed/collected and informing the relevant departments (accounts & property management)
  • Referring matters to senior accounts team members where progress cannot be made or residents are refusing to engage
  • Preparing documentary evidence for formal recovery proceedings where required

Suitable Credit Controller applicants will have a calm, measured and professional approach, building suitable rapport to bring about mutually beneficial outcomes in relation to aged debt.

You will have excellent communication skills, a patient demeanour and at least 2 years’ experience in Credit Control.

Salary will start at up to £30k pro rata (£18k actual) for a 3 day working week with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
