- Develop a team of Mortgage Consultants to achieve personal business objectives and specific performance and quality standards set by the company.
- Support the recruitment, development, and retention of Mortgage Consultants in line with the Company’s recruitment plan.
- Collaborate closely with Estate Agency colleagues and the New Homes team to ensure a consistent and joined-up approach to business development activities, delivering first appointment volumes in line with business plans.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate business plans to achieve required revenue growth from a range of income streams, in alignment with the Divisional Mortgage Services Director.
- Ensure team members maintain best practice and adhere to all relevant legislation, promoting a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused approach to business processes, adhering to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) at all times.
- CeMAP qualification (or industry-recognized equivalent) is a must-have.
- Proven track record of sales leadership in Mortgage services.
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Services core products.
- Working knowledge of identifying and maximizing business opportunities within the estate agency environment.
- Familiarity with legislation impacting Financial Services businesses, particularly in mortgage & protection sectors.
- Strong technical and e-commerce knowledge to effectively train Mortgage Consultants and promote services using mortgage sourcing software solutions.
