To be considered for this role interested candidates must have a strong background in property finance credit and exposure of residential development finance. Duties will include:- Sitting in the departments credit committee ensuring that the credit approval process runs smoothly and ensure accurate minutes are produced in a timely manner. Check accuracy of facility letters to ensure that they reflect the credit paper and any amendments required by credit committee. Performing due diligence on credit approval loans prior to drawdown, signing off on monthly build drawdown requests and reviewing the project monitoring surveyor reports. Organising and taking part in Loan review meetings and carrying out quality control on the credit and due diligence process.
