Here's what you'll be doing:

? Managing relationships with customers, sales, and finance teams

? Working in an international context, dealing with multiple languages, cultures, and currencies

? Documenting payment communications with European customers

? Managing daily automatic emails

? Keeping 3 inboxes up to date

? Assisting with various Finance and team projects

? Supporting the whole Credit Control Team

? Liaising with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Orders

? Assisting Credit controllers when needed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

�? A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

?? Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar role

?? Strong understanding of credit policies, financial analysis, and risk assessment

?? Excellent communication and negotiation skills

?? Attention to detail and accuracy

? Strong organisational and time-management skills

?? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
