French Speaking Credit Controller

French Speaking Credit ControllerUp to £40,000Remote role (UK based) with some travel required to France to visit customers

A global communications company is currently recruiting for a highly experienced French Speaking Credit Controller to join its global credit management team.

Duties include:

• Managing a varied portfolio of Blue Chip and SME customers
• Reviewing all accounts and performing collection activities, spearheading next steps and following up action plans
• Analysing and resolving problems by coordinating with relevant departments to drive operational excellence within order-to-cash
• Responding to external and internal queries regarding payment and case escalation status
• Meeting established standards for collection performance
• Maintaining detailed records of customer contact activities
• Working in partnership and building strong relationship with Sales department and other internal stakeholders to communicate status of accounts and expedite resolution
• Demonstrating a commitment to customer relationship building
• Possessing the initiative to seek and embrace change through establishing and achieving performance goals
• Partnership with Sales is a key success factor, and you will need to be able to demonstrate this skill from the start.

Experience required:

• 5 years of international commercial collections experience
• Fluency in French and English
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience of Sidetrade would be a distinct advantage
• Can demonstrate customer focused, analytical and problem solving skills
