This is an exciting opportunity for a senior analyst to assist in the strategic growth of an institutionally managed Real Estate Debt fund manager, managing multiple discretionary private credit funds on behalf of University Endowments, Pension Funds, Charities, large family offices and UHNWI's.
The team is a small, dedicated and highly experienced team of industry leading professionals, with over 150 years of UK real estate and lending experience between them.
Unlike most other lenders and real estate investors, our client works across the entire real estate spectrum in the UK (including, but not limited to; single family housing, multi-family housing, care homes, retirement living/extra care, student accommodation, pre-let office, land and planning opportunities, light industrial & logistics). They can finance any part of the capital stack - senior debt, stretched senior, mezzanine finance and equity co-investment.
Their borrowers / development partners are industry leaders in their specialist sectors, typically backed by large PE funds. They work with the best, which creates an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to work alongside these industry leaders, facilitating significant and important real estate development projects across the UK.
Having formally launched a £1bn senior debt/stretched senior strategy in Q1 2022, they are on target to deploy this over a period of 3 to 5 years across a wide array of Real Estate asset classes.
