We are looking for a talented Fine Dining Casual Senior Sous chef to work as required in this events venue and supporting the Executive Chef in creating a 5 star event food dining experience.

We are offering £21.00-£23.00 dependent on experience with varying hours Monday to Friday only, working in a prestigious London Livery hall.

The ideal candidate will ideally have:

Michelin star or 3 AA rosette restaurant Fine Dining experience.A pleasant personality who communicates well with a professional approach to team members, team working and customers. A passion for fresh food, seasonal ingredients, sustainability and great service.

The ability to deliver the highest quality fine dining event menus for circa 90 120 ranging from classic, to contemporary, to plant based for the varying client base. You will need a good knowledge and implementation of allergen, food, health and safety legislation.

Be able to support the Exec Chef in ensuring that all menus and services are presented and delivered to the required excellent standards and in line with event timings. To ensure seasonality and sustainability of menus as appropriate. Be able tocomplete all required allergen, food safety and health and safety paperwork in line with the company standards.

You will be required to undertake administrative tasks required of the position, including but not limited to: stock takes, wastage reporting,assisting with receiving and checking deliveries.
