Randstad are delighted to be working with a worldwide technology organisation who are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their logistics team based in central London.
Main Duties:
- Act as a first point of contact with customers and clients over the phone, email and webchat.
- Handle issues related to shipping and logistics, liaising with internal export teams as well as external carriers.
- Help resolve issues quickly, investigating lost claims, damage etc
Experience:
- A background within customer service and customer care, whether face to face or over the phone.
- Knowledge and experience of logistics, supply chain and shipping would be ideal.
- Experience with Excel such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
