Sonic Summary

The Banking client in London is looking for a Business Analyst/Data Analyst with a focus on SQL and Excel for a 6-month initial contract.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with risk data and interest rates.
Candidates should have knowledge of Delta, monitoring sensitivities, and regulatory familiarity with the Volker rule.
The position offers a salary of £600 per day, inside IR35, and involves a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Our Banking client is seeking a new BA / Data Analyst to join their well established team.

Your skills with Excel and SQL will be pivotal to the role. Your knowledge with interest rates, Delta, regulatory familiarity with Volker would be highly desireable!

Your experience will include:

5+ years proven relevant experience
Familiar with risk data
Knowledge and experience with interest, Delta, monitoring sensitivities
Regulatory familiarity with Volker
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excel, SQL

£600/day Inside IR35 (You will work through an umbrella company in this role)

Contract: Until 31st December 2025

Location: London

Hybrid: 3 days in the officer per week - 2 days working from home
