Our client is a leading property management company who are looking to recruit a Data & Post Room Coordinator to join the team. This Data & Post Room Coordinator will join one other and take responsibility in ensuring the smooth running of the post room including developing and implementing scanning and document filing policies for incoming and outgoing post.

You will need to be someone who is confident in dealing with data, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own time effectively. You will liaise with everyone across the business and need to be confident in having face-to-face interactions as you will play a crucial part in all departments.

The ideal candidate, for the Data & Post Room Coordinator, will have experience in working in a data-orientated role, someone can excels in a busy, sometimes demanding, environment and prides themselves on being organised, pro-active and enthusiastic.

Duties will also include but not be limited to:

  • Ensuring that data is entered, stored and processed correctly in the post room software (bespoke to the industry)
  • Opening and scanning post, ensuring that incoming mail is tagged, scanned and logged correctly
  • Basic maintenance of machines
  • Ensuring that notes are inputted into the system, accurately and timely
  • Liaising with all colleagues across the business
