Your new roleMosaic Administrator - SQL/Reporting

What you'll need to succeedThe Mosaic Administrator will be responsible for providing technical, development and reporting support in relation to the social care case management system (Mosaic or comparable system) to maximise its effectiveness and contribution to business needs. The post holder will be responsible for managing and delivering the priorities agreed by the Mosaic Ongoing Development Group and other relevant systems management groups.You will be responsible for:

  • Delivery of system development, workflows and training related to Mosaic (and other systems) to support existing and changing business needs and performance management; ensuring that systems and processes are in place and followed within the service to support the effective use of technology, enabling staff to work efficiently.
  • Maintenance and delivery of finance functionality within Mosaic.
  • Design and development of standard and ad hoc reporting that supports business needs and maintains the integrity of the system and the operations its supports.
  • System Development and write SQL

Technical Skills:

  • Strong ICT skills including detailed knowledge of social care-related IT systems, especially Mosaic or comparable, and their application in a social care service environment.
  • Extensive, demonstrable skills in Oracle PL/SQL
  • Good understanding of the social care sector
  • Ability to keep abreast of developments in relevant ICT systems and assess and propose how these may be used for business and service benefits
  • Ability to develop ICT systems related policies and processes in accordance with legislative, national, regional and corporate policies and initiatives
  • Excellent oral communication skills with the ability to discuss system developments, changes to policies and procedures with key internal contacts and influence and agree service provision with external system providers
