Temporary Accommodation Officer - South London - Up to £35K - Permanent

Panoramic Associates are supporting a housing provider in their search for a Temporary Accommodation Officer on a permanent basis, offering a salary of up to £35,000. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee temporary accommodation sites, coordinating tenant move-ins and ensuring properties are ready to let.
  • Manage contractors for cleaning and maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct daily building inspections and work with maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring low void rates and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager and Accounts Team on bookings, cancellations, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain relationships with local authority representatives to support service delivery.
  • Carry out tenant check-ins and check-outs and oversee welfare checks.
  • Handle anti-social behaviour (ASB) issues and liaise with Environmental Health and social workers as needed.
  • Be on-call for emergency situations, with call-outs compensated.
