Your Role:As the Business Operations Team Leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organisation. You'll lead a small team, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will help foster an engaging culture for over 50 talented professionals while delivering exceptional services to clients. �?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of business operations in alignment with the organisation's vision and values.
- Oversee operational processes, seeking feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Manage and develop systems, including the HR system (IRIS) and a new knowledge management system.
- Support Directors with diary management, travel, and training requests.
- Ensure value for money from external suppliers and manage performance and costs.
- Coordinate and complete external audits.
- Generate insightful reports to support business operations.
- Organise meetings, prepare presentation slides, and document minutes.
- Project manage various business and social events throughout the year.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Who You Are:The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and information systems.
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational, team management, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a "can do" positive attitude.
Desirable: Knowledge of SharePoint and experience managing audits. ??
