We are seeking a strong and results-driven Business Unit Director to join one of our key service provider clients. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability while ensuring top-tier client service and team performance.

• Develop and execute aggressive strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market dominance.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

• Forge and maintain powerful relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

• Take full ownership of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.

• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to fuel expansion.

• Ensure operational discipline, compliance, and alignment with company policies and industry standards.

• Represent the company as a thought leader at major industry events and forums.

• Command strong stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between business objectives and client expectations.

• Must have a robust technical background in facilities management, specifically in electrical or mechanical engineering.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a Business Unit Director, General Manager, Account Director or Account Manager, with a solid technical foundation.

• Strong commercial instincts with a history of driving revenue growth and business expansion.

• Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and elevate teams.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• A strategic, action-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
