Estates Manager

Venn Group is working with a growing NHS Trust to recruit for an Estates Manager to successfully supervise building fabric teams.

Hourly rate: £30.70 (umbrella)

Duration: 5 months

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: West London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Hold responsibility for the management of building / fabric repairs and maintenance across all sites
  • Manage Building Technician, Operatives and Contractors ensuring compliance with Trust policies and legislation at all times
  • Act as Responsible Person for Asbestos Management
  • Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance programmes
  • Manage Minor Works team and associated projects
  • Ensure H&S inspections are regularly completed

The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge on HTMs, HBNs and H&S
  • Experience supervising teams and managing KPIs
  • Previous experience within the NHS or Healthcare Sector
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
