Regulatory Compliance Officer 

• Location: Central London
• Job Type: Permanent
• Years of experiences: 0-5 years 
• Salary: very flexible according to candidate experiences, fresh graduates who have prior compliance experience are also welcome! 
• 5 days in the office (non-negotiable) 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including those raised through internal reporting mechanisms.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and assess their impact on the bank’s operations.

Requirements: 

• Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations, AML, and KYC procedures.
• Proven experience working in compliance within the banking or financial services industry.
• Degree/MBA and relevant professional certifications in Compliance.
