Your role as an Audience Development Associate:
- Research and identify the right audience for each event by generating leads and following up via email, phone, and social media, while working closely with internal teams.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients to drive repeat attendance and grow event audiences.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and databases, ensuring all contact and company information is kept up to date.
- Travel internationally to selected events to support audience engagement and strengthen client relationships.
About you:
- Ideally, you will have 1–2 years of B2B experience, whether in sales, marketing, or another client-facing role.
- You’ll be confident building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving results.
- You’re a proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
