Your role as an Audience Development Associate:

  • Research and identify the right audience for each event by generating leads and following up via email, phone, and social media, while working closely with internal teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients to drive repeat attendance and grow event audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and databases, ensuring all contact and company information is kept up to date.
  • Travel internationally to selected events to support audience engagement and strengthen client relationships.

About you:

  • Ideally, you will have 1–2 years of B2B experience, whether in sales, marketing, or another client-facing role.
  • You’ll be confident building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives.
