Job Title:Street Care Supervisor
Location: East London
Contract Details: Temporary, ongoing
Salary: £21.23 - £25 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of frontline operatives, ensuring high standards in street cleansing and estate services.
- Monitor performance against set targets and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular risk assessments.
- Communicate effectively with residents and external agencies, promoting excellent customer care.
- Prepare and present reports on service performance and staff management.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, including COSHH.
- Minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a frontline public sector or social housing role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of drafting reports and responding to inquiries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in performance management and staff supervision within a public service environment.
- Ability to plan and organise workload effectively.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
