- Conduct responsive repairs across council properties.
- Deliver high-quality electrical installation and maintenance services.
- Work effectively to deadlines in a complex, fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrate sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
- NVQ3 or City & Guilds Electrical Installation.
- Approved Electrician qualified to 18th Edition BS7671 standards.
- Knowledge of secondary trade skills.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in responsive repairs within a comparable organisation.
