Headquartered in London and with offices in Europe and the US, our client is an international executive search firm looking to recruit an Associate Director in Recruitment. They are expanding the US operations and are looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join the UK-London business to work in the US market.

This role requires candidates to fully relocate to the USA in the short term to mid-term (within 6 months to a year) with full financial assistance.

It is a fast-growing company looking for experienced 360 recruitment consultants with a proven track record of success, looking to take on an exciting proposition in the US.

The role and requirements

  • At least 4-6 years of recruitment experience, ideally in either Finance and/or Transformation, or technology, HR or audit and risk.
  • A consistent track record of good performance in a 360-recruitment role.
  • Preferably already billing upwards in excess of £250,000
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients at all levels.
  • The ability to identify market opportunities.
