Headquartered in London and with offices in Europe and the US, our client is an international executive search firm looking to recruit a Business Manager in Recruitment. They are expanding the US operations and are looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join the UK-London business to work in the US market.

This role requires candidates to fully relocate to the USA in the short term to mid-term (within 6 months to a year) with full financial assistance.

The role and requirements

  • At least four years of recruitment experience, ideally in either Finance and/or Transformation, or technology, HR or audit and risk.
  • A consistent track record of good performance in a 360-recruitment role.
  • Preferably already billing upwards in excess of £250,000
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients at all levels.
  • The ability to identify market opportunities.
