My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Children's Services Recruitment Lead on a Contract basis.

This role will support the Council's internal and external recruitment campaigns. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Project Manager.

  • Salary: £20.74 - £23.00+ per hour, inside IR35

About the role:

Based in Central London (Hybrid):

  • Develop, design, and run recruitment campaigns, working to recruit hard to fill roles.
  • As a user of ATS ensure that the system is used to its full advantage and that all inputs are of a high quality.
  • Write compelling job advertisements for placement internally and externally
  • Deliver to the agreed service level agreements (SLA's) for recruitment services into the business service areas.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise job postings.
  • Experience with full recruitment processes.
  • Local Authority experience is essential
