Responsibilities:

· Lead with Purpose: Manage a high-performing team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

· Innovate: Cultivate a culture focused on excellence and continuous learning.

· Strategize: Develop and execute a global benefits strategy aligned with business and talent objectives.

· Design: Create comprehensive benefits programmes, covering health, welfare, retirement, and more!

· Analyse: Stay competitive by analysing market trends and employee feedback.

· Collaborate: Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Benefits Operations to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

· Enhance: Oversee vendor relationships and global benefits consultants to boost employee satisfaction.

· Optimise: Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

· Lead Approvals: Present benefits design changes and recommendations to the U.S. Benefits Committee.

· Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends to refine and enhance offerings.

· Ensure Compliance: Work with legal teams to maintain regulatory standards.

· Maintain Integrity: Uphold confidentiality and comply with company values and policies.

Experience/Skill Set We're Looking For:

· Global Insight: Strong understanding of benefits trends and regulations across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.

· Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, GDPR, and local laws.

· Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

· Project Management: Proven track record in delivering benefits programmes across regions.

· Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

· Adaptable: Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.

· Work Authorisation: Authorisation to work in the United States without sponsorship.
