Oakleaf Partnership is representing a prestigious and well-established global professional services firm. They are seeking an Early Careers Programme Manager to drive the strategic development of their early careers talent across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and enhance the Early Careers programme within a dynamic and collaborative team.

The Role

As the Early Careers Programme Manager, you will work closely with HR colleagues and key business stakeholders to manage, deliver and evolve the firm's early careers programme. You will be responsible for the full programme lifecycle, ensuring seamless rotational moves, impactful training, and a high-quality experience for early careers professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the cyclical management of rotational placements, ensuring alignment with business needs and participant development.
  • Managing onboarding, inductions, and performance frameworks to support career progression.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to refine and implement structured training and learning initiatives.
  • Supporting employee relations matters related to early careers professionals, ensuring a smooth experience throughout the programme.
  • Leading the process for final placements, working with business leaders to match talent with long-term opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with the Early Careers Recruitment team to align attraction strategies with programme objectives.

Skills and Experience

  • You must have proven experience in early careers programme management within a professional services environment (e.g. accountancy, legal consultancy).
  • Strong knowledge of high-volume rotation management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
  • A track record of developing and delivering structured training and career development initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across different business areas.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a passion for shaping the next generation of talent.
