Reporting into the ER & Change Manager, you will be responsible for providing a pro-active and efficient ER service, your key accountabilities will include:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Build positive relationships with HR colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and Employment Law.
  • Support managers with employee relations issues (absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance).
  • Manage ER cases efficiently and work with Trade Unions.
  • Conduct investigations and chair disciplinary hearings.
  • Maintain accurate casework documentation.

Requirements:

  • MCIPD CIPD qualified level 5
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a multi-site, unionized environment (desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
