Reporting into the ER & Change Manager, you will be responsible for providing a pro-active and efficient ER service, your key accountabilities will include:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Build positive relationships with HR colleagues and stakeholders.
- Advise managers on HR policies and Employment Law.
- Support managers with employee relations issues (absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance).
- Manage ER cases efficiently and work with Trade Unions.
- Conduct investigations and chair disciplinary hearings.
- Maintain accurate casework documentation.
Requirements:
- MCIPD CIPD qualified level 5
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in a multi-site, unionized environment (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
