Employee Relations Partner

Job Title: Employee Relations Consultant MAT Cover

Location: Based in London (Hybrid working) & Supporting EMEA Region internally/virtually.

Salary: £44,000 - £48,000

Contract Details: 13th month MAT Cover.

Full time.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and assist employees and management in various employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance concerns and develop performance improvement plans.
  • Collect, prepare, and analyse Employee Relations data, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct investigations into policy violations, discrimination, and workplace concerns, making actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and modify HR policies, ensuring compliance with EMEA laws and best practises.
  • Monitor employee engagement and recommend strategies to enhance morale and workplace culture.
  • Partner with external vendors to support employees during return-to-work processes.

Experience You'll Bring:

  • In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations, specifically EMEA laws and compliance regulations.
  • Fluency in European languages such as French, Italian, Dutch, or German is a plus.
  • Proven experience advising employees and managers on a variety of ER issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse ER data effectively.
  • Proven track record in conducting thorough investigations and providing clear recommendations.
  • Experience in developing and rolling out HR policies that align with legal requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
