A fast-growing global organisation are looking for an HR Associate to join their busy and hugely successful team. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious graduate with 1-2 years commercial, corporate experience to secure a role with real growth potential. Based in the office three days a week, with two days working from home, as HR Associate, you will focus on the operations and people management (ER) in a busy, fast-paced role. You will support the full employee life cycle with on and off boarding, talent and performance reviews, benefits queries, retention initiatives, ER including grievances, disciplinaries and underperformance management, working across the business to support these functions and answer any questions.
