HR Business Partner
North West London- Office Based
Salary- Up to £50,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior managers, managers, and employees within the business.
- Train, coach, support, and guide stakeholders in the application of HR policies and procedures in alignment with current legislation.
- Identify priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business needs into effective HR strategies and delivering people solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Implement key HR initiatives across workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, compensation, employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
- Support managers in handling complex employee relations issues, including performance, attendance, and casework management.
- Analyse patterns and emerging trends in employee relations cases to influence decision-making and enhance people practices.
- Collaborate with managers and the recruitment team on workforce planning and resource development.
- Utilise people metrics to identify trends and drive informed decision-making within the business.
- Provide HR support for organisational projects, leading change management initiatives.
- Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Actively promote employee health and well-being.
- Support learning and development (L&D) activities as required.
Personal Attributes:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience .
- Strong technical knowledge and best practices in Employment Law, Employee Relations, Resourcing & Talent Management, Learning & Development, Reward, Performance Management, and Organisational Development.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior management teams in a generalist HR role.
- Strong track record of building professional relationships and credibility.
- Experience in leading HR initiatives aligned with broader HR strategies.
- Demonstrated success in managing change and leading restructuring programs.
