Working as part of the Sales Development Team for an International Recruitment business, you will be instrumental to the success of their consultants based across the UK, USA and UAE.
Recruiting into instantly recognised brands, they champion high performance and continuous improvement, so it is imperative that the training they receive is comprehensive, and consistent with the brand message.
Your role will include;
- Classroom and virtual training to Junior consultants
- Working on one to one desk based sessions around calls and emails
- Sales training with experienced consultants, focused on spotting buying signs and commercial opportunities
- Ensuring calls are quality, value add and consistent with the Brand
- Delivering feedback in a constructive manner
Have you got;
- War stories! Lived examples of success, and failures in BD - you need to be authentic and relatable in a Training position
- Proven experience of Client and Candidate wins, and the ability to explain how you got there to an audience
- Emotional intelligence - learning styles differ, can you adapt your style?
- A genuine desire to develop Recruiters - people who go on to be big billers - are you ready to leave a desk behind?
