Seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a global professional services firm. This role acts as the strategic interface with the business on all aspects surrounding people and will sit as part of the leadership team acting as the key facilitator and enabler of people strategy and a driver of change.
There will be a critical focus on transformative activities around M&A, OD and organisational change so the role requires a highly commercial mindset with prior experience around this and someone who is able to lift the strategic capability of the HR Business Partnering team.
Key accountabilities:
- Interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive out the HR initiatives.
- Engaging with appropriate stakeholders to deliver the appropriate support in all people areas including M&A, talent management, succession and development and leadership.
- Support the business functions through a period of change and OD as the business is undergoing a period of transformation
- Set the framework and approach of key cyclical HR activity ensuring they are aligned to business strategy
- Be a champion of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda weaving initiatives through all people strategy activities
- Utilise critical data insights to drive commercial decision making
Skills required:
- Experience of working as a HR Senior Business Partner, within a complex, global matrix environment ideally with experience
- Broad experience in all aspects of an HR Business Partnering with a demonstrable commercial mindset and exposure to M&A, Change and transformation
- Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives and change in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
- High level influencing and communication skills
