Robert Half are assisting a global telecommunications organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis. Hybrid working - London based
Role
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will advertise opportunities through the available channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.)
- Actively search and create candidate pipelines and source talent through these channels
- Conduct screening calls to help filter applications from long to shortlists for managers
- Ensuring candidates receive timely feedback and receive an excellent experience throughout the selection process
- Engaging with stakeholders and recruitment agencies
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with appropriate Recruitment Campaigns and Assessment Centres
Profile
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a proven track record of 2+ years of successful experience within a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition function delivering to technically proficient teams, multiple locations and operating regions.
- Experience hiring technical position across Data Center, Construction, Engineering, Real Estate and Corporate Function roles
- Comfortable in an environment of change and sustained business growth
- Excellent relationship skills to deliver under pressure and high levels of stakeholder expectation
