Due to their continued success and subsequent growth one of our key clients is currently looking to recruit an M&E Support Administrator to work at their London headquarters.
The role will be working as part of their global in-house engineering and estates team, managing all external electrical and mechanical services.
This is a new role that has just been created and will be working alongside the new Engineering Manager to oversee the engineering and compliance across their London and EMEA portfolio

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years proven experience of working within a challenging Service & Maintenance related environment and understand most facilities and building services terminology. Â
This role would be based in the clients London City HQ and the working/office environment across all locations is a fast-paced trader/broker environment.
The main duties for the role are as follows:

- Set-up planned preventative maintenance schedules in accordance with SFG20 or local requirements / manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure PPMs are completed, and all supporting documentation is uploaded to the CAFM system ensuring detailed records are maintained.
- Organise 3rd party maintenance visits, ensuring they are coordinated with local stakeholders whilst minimising disruption to the business.
- Request RAMs in advance and organise review by competent person / Engineer.
- Apply / raise change order requests to ensure full coordination with Technology.
- Ensure CAFM system is updated with up-to-date policies and processes, this should include Service Agreements, EOP, SOP, Escalation procedures, RAM’s, EWS, Extra Works quotations etc.
- Ensure all reactive works are recorded on Service Know, reported to the engineering teams with any quotations for extra works being published / approved in CAFM. Provide data and statistics for GER.
- Provide support and data / analysis from CAFM system and assist with the production for the Global Engineering Report.
Ability to work under pressure to achieve required Client + Contract Service Level. - To demonstrate excellent standards of due diligence when auditing all core company and client reports.
- Adaptable to a variety of works and contract demands.
- Have a logical and organised method to the 100% completion of all works.
- Able to prioritise and multitask to a high level, whilst achieving strict deadlines.
- Able to liaise with Engineer’s and Subcontractors and ensure standards of works are maintained and communication of progress and issues are escalated.
- IT literate in all Microsoft packages especially Word and Excel - in order to produce detailed Excel and Word reports.
- Ability to work overtime if and when required.
