Our well known client has an excellent opportunity within their Events team.If you are looking to start your career as an Event Assistant this would be a good role for you!! This is a great opportunity to get involved in all areas of the business from guest management, processing bookings, ensure business teams are using their full packages, promotion, budgets, reporting, brainstorming and playing a pivotal role in the success of projects.  This is a hybrid role 40hrs per week - flexible working, must be able to meet in Shepperton on a Wednesday and London once a month. You would also need to attend events at least twice a month in London.This includes an 8am start and also evening 6pm start. 
  • A passion for events with lots of enthusiasm and energy
  • Extremely organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Results driven, with the ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines
  • Familiarity with all major office applications including MS office (word, excel PPT, bonus for Photoshop and InDesign and CRM experience with Salesforce
  • The ability to use your own initiative and work well in a team
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
