Join a leading university based in Central London with a dynamic team as an Events Administrator, where you will support the Events Team in delivering exceptional event support and advice.

As the Events Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including colleagues and external suppliers, and respond to queries.
  • Upload clear and concise content to the School's website and communication channels.
  • Process and manage large databases for activities and events.
  • Produce materials such as email invitations, briefings, and brochures using templates.
  • Perform other duties as delegated by the Executive Assistant & Business Support Manager or the Events Manager.

In order to be successful, you will have:

  • Higher education experience in event management or within a similar setting
  • Proven experience in supporting and managing events.
  • Excellent IT skills, including the use of web content management software and virtual event platforms.
