A leading legal membership organisation is seeking an Events and Training Coordinator to join their team.

Role Overview

The Events and Training Coordinator will support the smooth operation of the organisation’s training, events, and related services by managing administrative tasks and ensuring effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of Training and Events:Manage logistical and administrative tasks to ensure the successful execution of events and training sessions.
  • Membership Support:Assist members in accessing training, events, and associated services.
  • Event Delivery:Coordinate and deliver in-person and online training sessions and events.
  • Online Learning:Support the organisation’s online training and learning initiatives.
  • Evaluation and Reporting:Gather feedback and provide reports on events and training outcomes.
  • Promotion:Assist in promoting training, events, and related services to members and the public.
  • Public Interaction:Engage with members of the public regarding training and events.
  • Operational Support:Provide general support to the Operations Team as needed.
