- 2+ years of experience in event registration and management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in event registration, housing, and content management tools
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Experience in managing multiple projects at once
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to perform under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Comfortable collaborating with external vendors and senior team members
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo is a plus
- Background in IT/HR industries is a bonus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other digital tools
- Willingness to travel for events
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
