We’re looking for an Events Coordinator to help plan, deliver and evaluate conferences and learning-focused events. Both online and in person. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, partners and suppliers to create impactful experiences that support the continuous professional development of healthcare professionals.

The post is temporary and will last for 1-2 months. Could go permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of events, from planning to evaluation.
  • Coordinate speakers, venues, suppliers and logistics.
  • Act as a key contact for presenters, participants, and internal teams.
  • Manage event communications, responding to queries via email and phone.
  • Use digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, CRM, Oxford Abstracts).
  • Oversee video recordings, editing, and uploading to learning platforms.
  • Compile reports, tracking event performance & improvements.

About You:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in event coordination.
  • Confident using digital event tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication.
