This role involves organising consumer events for some of the UK’s most prestigious and well-known brands with events in London’s best venues. This is a terrific opportunity for someone starting their career in events or an events professional looking to further their career.

The successful Events Coordinator will be involved in:

  • Promotional & Ticket Management: Collaborate with various teams to secure and deliver marketing materials, coordinate ticket allocations for exhibitions and private events, and support promotional activities such as giveaways and contests.
  • Communications: Act as the primary liaison with external partners, suppliers, and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, PR, Digital) to manage logistics, costs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Event Planning: Assist the Events Manager in planning, organising, and coordinating company events—from identifying new opportunities to gathering post-event feedback and evaluations.
  • Arrangements: Arrange internal and external staffing, including travel, accommodation, and briefing documents, while supporting health and safety assessments and on-site event requirements.
  • Administrative: Process purchase orders and payments via the accounting system and oversee ongoing initiatives.

As the successful Events Coordinator, you will have:

  • Graduate calibre skills and a positive attitude!
  • Two years’ experience in an events coordination or administration role. (Ideal but not essential)
  • A background in the travel industry, providing a strong foundation in travel arrangements and related operational requirements. (Ideal but not essential)
  • Proficiency in organising, scheduling, and executing events through meticulous administrative and coordination skills.
  • The ability to attend events as required, including those that involve weekend or overnight commitments within the UK.
