Our leading client are seeking an experienced Legal Events Coordinator to join their team full-time on a contract basis.

This is an exciting role for a candidate who is seeking a new challenge within a legal environment. To be successful, you will need at least 1 year of experience working within a similar position in a legal or professional services environment. It will be essential to work on your own initiative and take full responsibility for all events tasks. You’ll also need to be a good team player with strong communication skills.

Within this role, you’ll be working within a thriving Marketing & BD Team, delivering high standards of organisation and planning. Duties would involve:

  • Taking ownership of all projects and delivering on initiatives.
  • Setting up and arranging all events, online and in-person.
  • Checking diaries to ensure everyone required can be in attendance.
  • Receiving events requests from Partners and working quickly on the task at hand.
  • Displaying creative skills and always bearing in mind target audience.
  • Ensuring strong management of events budgets.
