I have the pleasure of supporting this growing international Investment / Asset Management firm find an exceptional person to join their team (stunning offices in Mayfair). Working alongside a likeable and highly experienced Senior VP who has been a part of this organisation for many years to execute small to large off-site and on-site events and meetings, some very high profile (up to 300-350 attendees) in London, UAE, US to Brazil. This is a hands-on role where you will support from start to finish, travelling to the events where needed also. A highly recommended organisation with plenty of opportunities, and a wonderful collaborative culture.

To be considered you will have extensive (5+ years) EA / Roadshow/ Events coordination experience, be well versed to organising extensive ever changing international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and transport links, be of graduate calibre, have top IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Slack and Zoom - you will create presentations, manage budgets and have exceptional attention to detail.

Due to the time differences (US & MENA mainly) dependent on the event location you will be flexible to support as needed, especially as event dates near that could include evenings / weekends.

An integral role to the firm you will schedule, coordinate and oversee a wide variety of meetings and events nationally and internationally. Research, sourcing venues, catering, logistics, you will organise and prepare/share materials, liaise with the wider group such as communications and marketing teams on a regular basis, schedule extensive travel (using a booking agent), accommodations, and transportation links for all attendees tracking changes, creating presentations, managing the budget and post event reconciliations, and manage all of the administration the role requires.
