TheGroups & Events Planning Manageris a pivotal role within the hotel, operating under the guidance of the Director of Groups & Events. This role is essential in orchestrating the seamless execution of events, from planning through to delivery, while driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a critical part in enhancing the hotels reputation as a premier venue for luxury events.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Coordination: Manage all aspects of event planning and organization, including pre-event logistics, on-the-day execution, and post-event follow-ups.
- Upselling & Revenue Maximization: Identify and execute upselling opportunities to enhance event spend while aligning with clients' goals and budgets.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure outstanding post-event evaluation scores by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team and other departments to guarantee flawless delivery of events.
- Effective Communication: Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on all event details, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the planning process.

- Human Resources & Sales Organization: Support team development and collaborate with the sales organization to drive business growth.
- Administration & Operation Excellence: Oversee event-related documentation and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all administrative tasks.
- Communications: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
